Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of goods by Argoed
unless specifically varied or excluded by Argoed in writing.
In placing an order with Argoed you are deemed to have accepted
these Terms and Conditions.

Purchasing
You are free to browse the site putting any
item you wish to buy into the Shopping Cart. Once you have
finished buying click Œgo to checkout¹. At the checkout
you will be asked details concerning payment. Argoed accepts
Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and Solo. For further details
concerning security see the Security section.
We can also accept checks in sterling if sent
by post to the address above. Please be careful to note the
exact goods you require and remember to include postage and
packaging (see Post and Packaging Table below). Mark clearly
the delivery address please. Cheques should be supported by
a cheque guarantee card and expiry date. Cheques should be
made out to Argoed.
All transactions are currently made in Sterling.
All prices listed include VAT where applicable.
Please note that prices can be altered without prior notice.
All goods will be charged as per the date of order.
Availability of goods is given as you browse.
Items that are not available will be flagged accordingly.
Please note that some items need to be ordered from outside
sources, you will be informed of the situation on-line as
you shop.
All goods remain the property of Argoed until
payment is made in full.
Post and Packing
Charges as follows:
UK & Éire £2-16 + 59p per
item
Europe £2-95 + £1-00 per item
North America £2-95 + £2-00 per item
Rest of World £2-96 + £3-00 per item
Delivery Times
Argoed will endeavour to fulfil orders within
a reasonable period of time. Customers should allow up to
10 working days for delivery within the British Isles and
21 working days elsewhere.
Please note Argoed will not be liable for
any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations resulting
from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Guarantee
All goods have a 30 days guarantee of replacement
or refund. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Complaints
We will endeavour to resolve complaints as
quickly as possible. Should you have a complaint please contact
Argoed via one of the methods listed above under Contact Details.
Please be ready with order reference number and date of purchase
- goods must be retained for inspection.
Local Taxes
For European Union members all tax is included.
Any customs or import duties will be levied in the country
where the goods are received. All such additional charges
are the responsibility of the customer. Argoed has no control
over local tax rates which can vary greatly from country to
country. If concerned, customers are advised to contact their
local customs office for further information.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time between
date of order and up to 7 working days from the day after
you received the goods. Your money will be refunded within
30 days of cancellation. You will be asked to return the goods
at your own expense, though the costs will be refunded. If
goods are collected at our expense the costs will be deducted
from any refund payable.
Faulty Goods
Should items be faulty please notify us within
7 working days of receipt. A replacement will be sent, or
refund offered whichever the customer prefers. All postage
and packing charges will be refunded by Argoed.

All business is transacted under the laws
and legal system as practised in Wales. |
